What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. Closet trunk offers Cash on Delivery option for all, on most of the delivery addresses. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page. Cash on delivery bears an extra charge!
Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?
If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
  • We do not offer COD on that particular package.
  • We do not offer COD on that particular package.
Is there any extra charge I must pay for Cash on Delivery?
Yes, there would be additional COD charges would be charged on your shipment.
How to place an order?
At Closet Trunk, we try our best to make your shopping experience as easy and comfortable as possible, just go to, fill in your questionnaire and subscribe to one of our plans. The stylist will call and confirm your order. Once that is done be ready for your monthly trunk. If you are not happy with it feel free to exchange it, one time trunk subscribers get 1 exchange free and annual and 3 month customers get 2 exchanges free.
How much time it would take to get me my order?
Normally it takes 3 to 7 days to reach to your doorstep from the date of order placed. (Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location).
How orders on Closet Trunk are delivered to me?
We dispatch your order through a reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location).
We hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from product selected in order, we would be happy to assist you. However, we do not take any responsibility about the quality of the product as we are curators for our customers depending on their style choice. Therefore we provide a personalised service and do not take responsibility for any item not manufactured with us.
Under sneak peek Trunk exchanges will only be accepted for the apparel and only in case of size issues! The tag should not be removed and the apparel must be unused! Once we receive the dress and do the Quality check only then will the same apparel in different size be shipped to you.
In case of discount on personalised trunk no exchange or returns would be accepted.
There are few things which you need to make sure before exchanging a product-
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, you will have to return the gift as well.
  • Please note we do not exchange accessories of bags because of hygiene reason
  • Please register your exchange online within 7 days of you receiving your trunk, any exchange after that is not acceptable
Cancellation or Modification
Can I cancel my order?
No, Once order is confirmed you cannot cancel it, Also we do not provide refund!
Can I modify my order once it is placed?
Yes, you can modify the shipping address, simply email on for the same. You apparel can also be exchanged( For exchange policy please refer to above)
We at closet trunk simply provide you with a personalised shopping experience by curating a box for you from various brands. All queries related to fabric etc. of merchandise now owned by Closet Trunk, are not to be subjected to us as we don’t own, manufacture any products, therefore we do not take any liability for it unless a home brands under the name closet trunk is being shipped to you.

We ship your order within 72 hours of receiving the confirmation of the order and it takes 3 to 7 days to reach to your doorstep (Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location).
